CET cell has made it compulsory to obtain Signatures of Government Officers on the study certificates issued by Schools and PU Colleges.
My son went to Education Office located in BP Wadia Road near Basavanagudi for getting attestation on his study certificate issued by PU College. There he was asked to pay Rs. 20.00 and accordingly he paid for getting the certificate attested.
I asked him why did you pay and he told that every one was paying the same without questioning.
This is some thing strange.
He also informed that afterwards, we have to take photo copies of Class X Marks Card, Provisional Marks Card of PUC, Study Certificates (may be in number from 2 or more) for which once again one has to pay the money for obtaining gazetted officer's signature. I am just now planning how to avoid this payment.
