Paid bribe for getting back the bank guarantee give by us in horticulture dept. lalbagh
We had approved our firm under horticulture dept. for supplying drip and sprinkler irrigation equipment under govt. subsidy scheme, after one year we could not do much business in subsidy scheme due as the marking fee for ISI products were too high and the business was not much. We discontinued the ISI marking and accordingly informed the Horticulture Dept. and asked them to return our bank guarantee as we had submited only one file and that was also passed long ago. in-spite of meeting them several times and repeated calls we did not get the bank guarantee for 3 months. Then we were told that we will get that only after paying the bribe and once we confirmed that we will pay the amount, within 2 days we got call from Hort. Dept and got the bank guarantee.
