It happens most of d time..the travelling ticket examiners of indian railways would always charge you for getting your seat confirmed..the one which should actually have been given to an RAC passenger or a Waitlisted one...coz ppl r ready to pay a price(even more than the fare paid by them) to get a seat which actually belongs to a waitng WL passenger..n as d story goes i paid a bribe too...cant indian railways curb this sytem...plzzz
