We were forced to pay bribe for getting NAtivity Certificate as the Village Officer was not willing to give the same on time. I was against doing this activity, but my father given them RS:300 to the Village Officer with out my knowledge. I have investigated and found that no paper work will happen with out bribe. This guy was taking a precentage even from widow/senior citizen pension. Still it is happening.
