Paid bribe govt surveyor to pass land survey papers.

While making our papers for our plots to be separated, had a gov't land surveyor come to survey the land. A man by name of ********** said the land dimensions are wrong. Had 3 previous govt land surveyors in the past survey the land and all have passed the file. ********** called us for 1 week telling something or the other. When we asked why the file is being held up, he asked for 3000.
