I myself with a gang of along 6 members applied for Income certificate and Nativity Certificate in my Village for passport. So my VRO asked us a bribe of Rs.100 each (Together Rs.600) for issuing the certificates. Stupid he is like a hungry goat grazing our whole village. Even as an educated I am compelled to pay the bribe means you just imagine the position of ill-literates. Expecting for a change in these Idiots asking for money to do their own work
