I paid bribe for getting the driving license without attending the driving test i.e also the middle man created his own address. Best part is that officer took the bribe but the license never came. I am telling what i see, each govt office is corrupt especially police station, traffic police, motor vechicle inspector, Revenue Officer, Collector Office. I see them taking bribes one
