Paid a bribe for new passport

I paid a 20000 INR bribe as to the passport officer as i was living on a rented house so 1st time he rejected my application and second time he threatend me n my parents that my passport verification will only be processed until we gave him 30000 INR, however things got settled at 20000 INR.
