I went to parcel my bike to trivandrum railway station and I was made to wait for almost 3 hours without any food from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm for the whole process which is just a simple process of recording my vehicle number and collecting the cash. And I was the only one along with one another guy who came for the purpose at that time. Still we both waited for the whole 3 hours. The CITU workers who were standing there for loading and unloading of parcels approached us and asked for bribe. When I asked for the form to fill the vehicle details for the parcel, the guy sitting at the office told me its over. But once I gave the bribe to the CITU guy, the office guy suddenly took the form from the same cabin and asked me to fill the same and he was very entusiastic in doing the further process. Anyway I finally was able to parcel my bike.
