Paid bribe for phone transfer from Shantinagar to Coffee Board Layout

The pathetic lineman was not able to find phone wire for full one week. After paying him off course everything happened. No wonder BSNL is going to loss due to these people as they feel they have done a favor to you by giving phone connection even after taking bribe.
