I had to pay Rs 500 as bribe for my police clearance certificate as they did a lot of paper work so Mr ******* said you owed us. Well what's surprising in my case is Rs 500 was not enough for this guy and he said " 500 ahh that is too less well anyways we will do with it" Gosh as if I am underpaying him for his duty which he was supposed to do without any achrge. What can I say corruption at it's peak
