I bought a new Flat in Ghaziabad. For the Registration the builder gave us the contact of Advocate Sanjay Singh. When we contact Sanjay Singh, he told us that there is Stamp duty, Registration Fees, His Fees and 10500 Rs. When we ask for the details of Rs. 10500 he simply say that is the rate for doing the registry in Ghaziabad Tehsil. When we ask for the receipt, he bluntly said that this is a bribe. When we tried to find another lawyer. Then builder gave us a call threatening us that do the registry soon otherwise there will be penalty for not taking the possession of flat. The builder name is Bulland Builder and they have bulland heights in Ghaziabad crossing republik. As there is no regulatory for builders in this country we have to deal with builder and authority game. And this is the new way in which authority take bribe from us.
I don't know whether there will be any action taken on this.
