Hi,

I paid a bribe of Rs. 15000/- to register my flat, as per fixed rates agreed between Builder's Legal counsel and Sub-Registrar's office. Even though I'd paid Rs. 10000 towards legal fees for the registration, I was asked to bring Rs. 15000 along with me on the day of registration to pay up as "miscellaneous charges", over and above the DD that was raised for the Registration charges and the Service tax/surcharges.
