Paid a bribe of Rs.25k for Registering a fully legal property

I paid Rs.25k as bribe for Registering a fully legal property in my name to the Sub Registrar. I had to shell out this hard earned money even though I think a hundred times to buy a good toy for my son or to take my family for a day's holiday nearby.
