Paid Bribe to RTO to get my licence through broker

Last year i went to take driving licence to ongole (Prakasam District,Andhrapradesh) on my own i cleared my online test on my own and after 1 month i went for driving test and did very well(i know driving from past 6 years) but RTO rejected my application because i didnt go through broker.

Next time i dont have a chance to get my licence so i went through broker i got 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler for 2500/- (out of 2500/- may be 1000/- for chalan ETC) i dont know 4 wheeler but i got it. Lot of corruption is going on in ongole now a days.
