Actually i am not from Hubli. i am from Davangere city and paid bribe to Davangere city corporation. Davangere city is not in city list, so i selected Hubli. For the renewal of my shop's trade licence, i went to city corporation. the health inspector there asked me to pay Rs 1000 instead of Rs 500. when i asked, he told me that Rs 500 will be distributed to many including himself. without any shame he strictly asked me to give extra Rs 500, as if its legal !!!!!! As I was in need of that licence, i paid BRIBE of Rs 500. but whom to ask and what to do about this system ?????????? Are we helpless or Government made BRIBE as LEGAL ???????? Please do something ....
