Paid bribe to some Crime branch inspector for my Tatkal passport verification

That moron was knowing its tatkal passport and straighway said its tatkal so u in hurry and if i wrote on flag it would be gone for a month..And asked for 1000Rs and we agreed for 700 somehow..
