Dear Sir,
Paid bribe to Royalty Inspector by name PEDDA REDDY of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, Mines & Geology Department and assaulted the appellant. He also threatened for imposing of unnecessary penalties and fines on the quarry work going on near Nemakal Village, Bommanahal Mandal, Rayadurgam Taluk, Anantapur District, A.P. He has taken few lakhs of rupees from M/s Sai Balaji Minerals near Hirehal, Rayadurgam Taluk, Anantapur District, A. P. He allowed M/s Sai Balaji Minerals near Hirehal village, of Rayadurgam Taluk which has Black Quartz Deposits, on the same bureaucrats or officials of Mines & Geology Department of Andhra Pradesh has issued permits as iron ore, even though it is Black Quartz". All corrupt officials involved, Pedda Reddy is one among them along with Srinivasa Choudary who was Ex- Ad of Mines & Geology of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. Many Quarry's having socio environment impact on the surrounding habitats and villages near by drilling, blasting (especially core blasting which is illegal), crushing plants installed are followed serious environment impact. I sincerely request concerned officials of the department to be punished and penalised for their illegal activities and brought to the justice.
