Paid bribe to RTO officer for getting learning licene

I applied online for learning licence appointment at RTO pune. I went to RTO on given time and data with all required documents with original and Xerox copies.
RTO officer was demanding for true copy of rent agreement but i had Xerox of it as rent agreement's true copy is always given to Owner of flat.
I requested officer that i can not bring it today my owner stays in Mumbai and by hook n crook i took leave from my company for this licence appointment.
As all c then guess, same happened. officer rejected my learning licence application. and asked mi to take next appointment and come with true copy of rent agreement.
For Getting new appointment we get date after 3months.
I did some jugad paid money to agent who latter paid to RTO officer and officer accepted my application without true copy of rent agreement on the same day i got learning licence.
