PAID BRIBE TO RTO OFFICER IN BANGALORE

I paid a bribe to an officer in RTO(Road Transport Office) Bangalore in Kasturi Nagar office.
I have seen him asking bribe to atleast 5-6 people in the span of 1 hour.
I applied for DL in the month of June 2017. But as I didnt receive it, I went to RTO office in Kadturi Nagar to dispatch department to ask details. He checked and found the parcel unsent. To hand over to me , he took 200 rupees as Bribe. As i was helpless and in desperate situation, I paid the bucks.
