Paid bribe for traffic violations

For 5 times i have paid bribe of Rs 200 each for traffic violations of talking on phone while driving or jumping the red light or not tying the seat belt.Each time i was told that otherwise i have to give at least Rs 1000(they can easily make challan for rash driving charges for which is Rs 1000) for different traffic violations.
