Hi,
This goes back to the days when i bought the house and was constantly trying to get the name of the meter in to my name for this i had to first fill a form and then give it to the concerned electricity office for my locality which i did they sent me back saying the apers were nto properly pinned and they needed the NOC from the society and the property transfer documents or the sale deed which i promptly stapled with this form then later she began creating scene when i showed at the office and talking nonsense to the coworkers in the marathi dialect which i know and foloow very well for she thought i didnt knew because of my last name and i am married to a maharashtrian i asked my wife to take it up and this eneded in fight with the wormn over the counter later i cam to knwo from my electrician who had done the wiring job that we could get the job done without even going there all i had to do was pay him 4000/- which i did it took nearly 10 to 11 mnths but the name at last got changed.
