I went to the registration office today. after doing all the formalities the builder told ME to pay a sum of 6k to the agent. It was his fees it seems to make papers and give it to the BABUS. It was so disgusting as they were not relasing my papers unless i paid the amount. The agent was fixed by the builder. They never told me I would be paying any amount before doing all this. Other wise I would have taken different path. SO DISGUSTING. I cant do any thing I am so helpless. The govt is least bothered of COMMON MAN like me. I feel like leaving this country.
