Hello hi, this is a contractor who has given 5 lakhs to a social welfare department( Karnataka residential educational institutional society) which builds the Morarji ********** residential school has been involving in bride for passing the bills, issuing of plans , drawings,issuing of workdone certificates, and also to get approval of the techinal bid during tenders. All this happens under the Executive Engineer, ********. Could any higher authority please take action.
