Paid extra to pass the Two wheeler licence test.

I went to electronic city RTO for my Two wheeler and Four wheeler licence. This RTO is controlled by Agents. Officer asked my name and told me to drive the bike straight. I drive it straight as I have 15 years of exp in driving Two wheeler. When I came back they told me that I failed the test. when I asked the question why I failed the test then they told me that as I have to drive a long distance. As I dont understand their language I drive that much only. Then I shown my previous licence where it was clearly mentioned that I already have two wheeler licenece. The agent asked me to pay extra to clear the test. I paid 1200 extra to clear.
