As per government every marriage should be registered, but i was asked to pay Rs 500/- to get my arranged marriage registered.More over i witnessed people paying more then Rs 2000 or more in case of love marriages.even some of the lawyers take advantage of couples who wish to get married in a court.The amount increases in case of inter cast or inter religion cases.
