Even though this not my first time paying bribe specally in Bangalore this one is the latest one. Applied for STD connection in Dec.2010. For installation i paid 100/-.Cause of my poor knowledge about bsnl work system(compare to other private telephone venders) I asked them to open my STD facility, he charged 50/- and for connecting modem he charged some 100/-; in total i paid 250/-.earlier was having private vender never paid a single penny towards bribe...
My opinion after this is better the govt should privatize the *******
