Paid Money to Agra Cops

We were entering the Agra city when a cop stopped us... "Parchi kata lo". The cab driver told us that everytime we enter Agra city, we have to pay Rs. 500 to the cops and they give us a stupid white paper with a sort of signature on it. Everywhere we went in Agra, cops stopped us and asked for "Parchi" and would calm down upon seeing that thing...

Wish they would coordinate the same way for preventing crimes... Ashamed of being an India.
