This was about last year when i have to make my passport.
after all initial proceeding ,it was turn of police verification.
the person who have to verify ,after doing all proceeding,ask for some chai pani.i gave him 100,but he denied & said rate is 500.i told if i deny for payment ,he replied " may be my passport take long time ".then i have to give 300 after long discusion.
Irony of situation is that till date my passport has not come because of some problem.but after that i have decided i will never pay bribe whatever be the situation .
