I was going on my bike and I didn't have helmet that time. I cought by traffic police and they asked me about papers and all. I showed them all papers as everything was fine. Then they asked for helmet:
Ins: Where is your Helmet.
Me: I forgot as I just came to buy a bread.
Ins: So what ?
Me: This is a colony and I am not on a highway.

Me: Take this Rs 50 note and let me go.
Ins: you can go now and you haven't done anything wrong.
