PAid for service to BSNL employee

I had to pay bribe each time the local BSNL line man comes to my home to repair the connection problem of my broadband connection. Otherwise he will not solve the problem. ALl BSNL linemen are corrupt. They wont do their job without getting bribes for their work!!
