I was going with my son in a car, both of us had worn seat belts sitting on front seat even my son is 6 years old. Traffic police stopped us and asked for documents. All the documents were complete. they asked for bills of car, as my car is M-800 year 2003 model,the original bills were not with me as i had RC issued by Govt, Pollution certificate, insurance, fire instiguish device and everything and in think bills are not compulsary. Traffic policemen asked me to compromise and get cut a challan for seat belt, why should i? or i was forced to pay Rs. 100 as a bribe to traffic policemen. that day i was angry and helpless and feeling sad all day because there was no use of ebeying rules, keeping documents up to date by spending a lot on pollution, insurance, fire instiguishing device etc. all you have tohave some money in pocket.
