Parked at wrong place,paid the bribe

I parked my vehicle at location marked with No parking symbol , which I didn't notice and then paid bribe of Rs 250 to get the Bike back.
This is very common as I've even seen lot of others doing same when their bike gets picked up by Traffic police in *******
