Parking near US Consulate

Actually parking near US consulate is not allowed. Also there are barricades at the starting of the road which will stop all the vehicles coming in. They initially told me that i cannot park the car anywhere on that road. In fact they said i cannot enter that road itself. They told me instead i need to park the car somewhere else and then go to the consulate by walk. However, before i went for the visa stamping, my cousin has already updated me about this. So when i offered him Rs 50 he allowed me to go inside and park the vehicle near US consulate itself.
