Parking offence at BIG Cinema Chinchwad

Police do not entertain the public when they come to recover their vehicle for parking offences. They direct to private contractor who quotes and charges anyhting. My 2 wheeler was parked properly, but they claimed it was on footpath and were asking for 1200/-. I finally paid 700/- and recovered my 2 wheeler
