You still can put any police into sting operation for this. Not only me I belive everyone who got the passport.(the reason I am saying because for whole family we have paid the bribe, irrespective of how much genuine or known person you are)
1. If you not famous they will ask like I will not let your passport approve what you will do??Or do what you can.
2. If you are famous they will ask " Sir think like this is a Diwali Bonus,We are getting meger salary only XXXX amount of money, please help us.
The story
My mom was told to send his son to police station, I went to the real messy place looking for someone to attend. After few minutes I asked to some junior police that I came for the passport verification, they have treated me like I have done some kind of crime. They were asking like "passport kyun bana raha hai, videsh jayega, kisike sath contact hai kya, kis kis ko janta hai waha etc etc." why I am making passport, I have some contacts with foriegn people or criminals etc.
I was young, was scared due to there questions, I was silent. Then they started bribe negotiations, they asked me 500rs, I said I do not have so much money, they asked me how much do I have. I was having some pocket money of 20rs and 200rs to buy rice. I have shown them the money, they have taken the whole money from me and said ab jaa tera passport ban jayega..My mom said son think you have paid it for making your *******
