There are 2 incidents wherein i paid bribe for registration /khata account for the apartment in Uttarahalli , We paid a bribe of Rs 15,000 to registrar and lawyer , evaluator etc etc.
For Passport :
Well , I have applied for my renewal of my passport . And my mom had applied for a new passport . We have been living in blore for the past 10 years and have bought an apartment here . It was a normal application for both of us and not via TATKAL PASSPORT . I have applied it in year Nov 2009 and since then it was pending , and later we applied for a new passport for my mom at the NEW PASSPORT OFFICE , LALBAGH alongwith allt he relevant documents needed , and nothing seemed to be moving , we waited for status / checks for more than 5 months and later got to know that Uttarahalli and RAMNAGAR Police verification is where its struck , and then we went to the police station and met the passport verification officer .Police verif officer visited our apartment to complete the formaliities and filled out 2 letters with 2 addsitonal signatrues from the members of my apartment who knows us later asked for some money . I paid Rs 500 initially but he said no , later the file has to go the RAMNAGAR Police headquarters too , and asked for joint money for that police office too ...... He asked for Rs 1200 in total and we had to give it , since we did not want our file to be unnecessarily be pending for a long time , As i have already waited for more than 1 year . Till ********** , i have not received my passport . NOw , passport officers at Koramangla passport office are asking us to get this file converted as TATKAL APPLICATION and py Rs 1500 extra each for 2 applications and then they will expedite this or else god knows how long do we need to wait to receive our passport .
