I applied passport in 2008 i some reasons i did't submit place of birth certificate .i don't why these people asking place of birth certificate (people born after 26-1-1989) this is my million dollar question. after i applied for passport in 2010 april in that application i didn't mention about my previous passport application .because of that they ask to pay 5000 fine.i think it is my mistake i am ready to pay and i also canceled 1st application.after that i tried back door one person told me that if i pay 6000 u can get passport in 15 days i need urgently so i approach him .
