I went for Police verification for my new passport at Ellisbrige Police Station, Ahmedabad. He asked me a lot of questions and also asked questions to the witness I had brought along. Everything was fine in the verification with no problems whatsoever, but still he asked be for bribe of Rs. 200/-. I got scared, he had the power to reject my application, So I paid him.....

My anger is at the fact that I had to pay a bribe even though I was not in any kind of fault.
