The underground Electric Cable got damaged and to replace it i needed to get the road cutting permission as the electric pole was other side of the road. The concerned engineer took more than 3 days to just to calculate the amount i need to pay to the BBMP (Bangalore Mahanagar Palike) and things happend in two minute when i agreed to pay up..i was in a situation where if dont i will have to spend life without Power !!!
i dont see any god can help to improve the system and these behaviour in India and in Bangalore the corruption capital of the world.
