The state pharmacy council, ********** Pradesh is one of the most corrept organistion. Every person who wants to register is harrased to pay bribe. the staff from peon to registrar are involved. I went to there office in march 2011 for my registration. The staff specially the young fellow asked me for unnecssary enclosures of my application. He told me that if you want application to be submiited you have to request bara babu. bara babu then asked for 18000. I was unwillingly forced to pay bribe although i have all the papers. You can ask any student who has taken a pharmacy regisration abot the bribe situation in the state pharmacy council UP. each individual in the department is earning Rs. 15000 to 20000 daily.
