I was traveling from Trichy to Coimbatore when this incident happened. Near the very busy road near Singanallur (Coimbatore), a bunch of police stopped our car and said were were driving in 70kms speed where the limit is 45kms. I swear the traffic was so high that we cannot go beyond 30kms speed. they asked the driver to pay fine of rs.1000 (even if it was speed, the fine is only rs.200). so they got it from the driver and only then let us go.
