This is the true story when I had been newly appointed in Govt. service. Police Station- Baburi was requested by our Department to send a confidential report about me regarding subversive activities. One day a police-man came at my home and demanded Rs.2000/- for this purpose. He also threatened me that if I does not give him the money, they will send a wrong report to our Deptt that there is no subversive activities in my part but my character is doubtfull.
Here, it is the question of my govt. service for which I struggled very much earlier, I had to pay this money to him. Thereafter, the right reporting was done.
This is the case, but no one is for controling it in India because this problem is not started from bottom but from top and they are everywhere.
