My cycle like 80-100 so in campus had been stolen. Police caught the thief and cycles were lying in thana. We were asked to identify and produce proof of ownership. I did that. Then inspector said as case is in court they can't release cycles now. This went on for 4 months, then I realized he wanted some money. He said they are taking 100 rs from everyone as lawyer fee, knowing well now what he meant I gave him the money and got my cycle after 4 months.
