Police took bribe of Rs. 5000 to release us though when complaint was taken back

Name of the officer: Almost all officers in Aundh Police Chowki (near chatursangi Police Station) 8 to 9 Police Officers were present there.
Date of the incident: September 6, 2015 (Sunday)
Time of the incident: 12 o clock around noon
Location: Aundh Police Chowki, Pune
Designation: I'm not sure (Hawaldar were all I guess) and one 2 star police officer were there.
What happened with us (Non-cognizable offence):
We were on our way to Aundh searching for a restaurant for lunch suddenly an uncle-aunty on Activa crossed from the wrong side and came in front of our car, we stopped nothing happened to anyone, not even vehicles touched. Then uncle started shouting on us we do not want chaos my husband said sorry, but that wasn't enough for him he continued then my brother went out of the car and asked him to stop blurting and uncle pushed my brother in response he also just pushed same way, no one was in hurting way, then aunty started pushing and attempted to hit my brother, he only moved aunty's hand from him. Nothing happened to anyone, we all went out and asked to not hit each other then aunty started abusing me, still I was respectful to her since she was older but those guys wanted to show us there power and they called police because they have contacts there.
Now Police took us to the Aundh police chowki, skipping the main chatursangi Police Station which came on the way. There aunty lodged a complaint against my brother and when I attempted to lodge the complaint because same thing happened with me as well, Uncle pushed me aside though I wasn't reacting on that Uncle was much older to me and I wasn't hurt he just moved me from his way. But police threatened me by saying you also filing complaint now you have to go to the court your Passport will be kept with us you won't be able to go anywhere you have to stay back. And since we just wanted to close the matter so we took our complaint back and Aunty who filed the complaint were also Ok to take it back. There son was in Cyber crime so on that police station there were all known to him and when we attempted to call our contacts Police stopped us.
Police sent the Uncle Aunty back and made us stay there and asked Rs.10000 from us and after negotiation they agreed on Rs. 5000 to release us. And when I denied to pay money they threatened my brother and my husband and asked them to make me sit in the car.
In the whole process police misbehaved with us. Aunty abused me. Police made my brother to kneel down without any crime declared. They insulted us in all possible manners, as per law Police should be in Sympathetic tone and we should be respectful. We were respectful all the time but Police insulted us. And when Police took our money they said to my husband and brother to not to tell me that they paid because Police knows that they did alot wrong with us.
Now, I want justice for our insult/harassment. I'm not able to sleep because of this mental torture. I was continuously crying since that day and now I'm in a condition to file complaint.
I want police to say sorry to us (though not wanted to insult them the way they insulted us since they were all elder to us) and want our money of Rs. 5000 back from them.
We were total 5 family members in the car. Can give more details when action taken. I can recognize each and every Police Officer by their face since we were so threatened so did not took snap of them.
