Police verification done for 500rs,if you don't pay NO FLYING!!!

The officer supposed to do the police verification for passport applicants was taking bribe from every single candidate, 100rs 500 rs 1000rs were asked based on the type of people, even students were not spared. One of my friend reacted and got scoldings and they even told if you dont pay you will never fly and also they made sure that he will get passport late because of which he couldn't fly and had to drop his plans to do masters abroad.
