Bribe,if it is 10 rs or 10 crore, it is called as bribe only.May be what i experience is the same other people in Kerala experience.Let me come to my experience.Because of rain,the power fails in our place frequently during the rainy season.And we have to call the electricity office a few times then only someone will show up for repairing.And for that we have to pay them 100 rs every time.If we don't pay, they wont come and repair the next time.
