I have pais Rs 1000 for to get my marriage registered & certificate. Without paying the Bribe through an agent, registrar not even allowed us inside his room. Initially he said, this is missing & that is missing; after showing Rs 1000; I dont know "how everything was ok" and we got the certificate after one week afetr paying Rs 100 to Office boy(Who finally delivers the certificate) otherwise he would also ask us come next day by saying some signature is pending to get.
