I've bought an apartment near ********** nagar and it comes under Banswadi Registrar office. At the time of registration, my builder took extra Rs.15,000 from us and when questioned about this , he told us that, if don't give bribe, nothing will move in the registrar office.Finally, we had paid our bribe to the builder and he in turn paid it to the employee of the registrar office and he moved our files quickly. So, Rs.15,000 for registration

One Saturday,I went there to pay property tax for my flat. As the forms were only in Kannada, the officer, he himself filled the form and asked my signatures. Finally, I paid the property tax by issuing a cheque. Once the procedure is over, he demanded me Rs.150 and I paid and demanded for a receipt, he said, this is "service charges" and can't issue a receipt and finally, I had to go out by paying Rs.150 as a bribe :(
