The sub registrar office transactions is full of mess and nothing works without those middlemen sitting outside those office.
All transactions have to go through them and even simple information like certified copy, EC of the property sale.. all needs those middlemen and bribes paid thru them.
its pathetic and if u resist u need wait and wastes days n days of the office corridors without any positive outcome. who like us who are salaried ppl have time or luxury to take weeks of leaves just to get simple work done!!!
